Making an Impact – a summary of our work 2022-2025

As we enter the final stages of our current business strategy, this report looks back on our journey over the last three years.

It charts the major milestones, achievements and progress made on behalf of the sector, in partnership with members and through important collaborations with others.

We reflect on how we have performed against our 2022-25 business strategy themes and look ahead to our plans and key priorities for the next five years.

A lot has happened in three years but what shines through in our report is a resilience and determination that everyone in the sector can be very proud of.

Thank you to our members for working with us to implement so much positive change over the last three years. We hope you find our report an interesting and enjoyable read.
