National Quality Homes Network

The Quality Homes Network (formerly, the National Asset Management Network) is for network members to get sector insights and policy updates from the National Housing Federation, hear from guest speakers on the issues that matter most, and share peer-to-peer lessons and best practice.

The original purpose of the network was to focus on responding to the challenges of decarbonisation and building safety. A lot has changed since then, with the new consumer regulations, developments in repairs and maintenance, and new legislation such as Awaab’s Law and the Social Housing Regulation Act.

Quality Homes Network members will get updates and discuss:

  • Building safety and health safety.
  • Retrofit and decarbonisation.
  • Data and quality (including Knowing our Homes).
  • Repairs, maintenance and broader asset management.
  • Supply chains and investment in the above.

The network is free and open for all NHF members to join. Updates will be most useful for those at director and manager level, but also provide opportunities for learning and development for colleagues at officer level.

If you’re not a network member, email us to join.

If you are a network member, register your place at the upcoming meeting.
