The National Customer Experience and Housing Management Network is open to all members interested in housing management, customer service and resident engagement.

This is a critical agenda for the sector and the network offers members from across the sector the opportunity to hear the latest updates, share best practice and feed into policy development.


The next meeting will focus on resident engagement and the Tenant Advisory Panel, the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, and the National Housing Federation’s new report on Make Every Contact Count.
