During this webinar, we’ll hear from the Building Safety Regulator, who will share their insights from the first year of implementing the new higher-risk regulatory regime for building safety.

Nothing is more important to housing associations than the safety of their residents. Those with existing higher-risk buildings, or who plan to build new higher-risk buildings, have been diligently implementing the new regulatory regime for building safety. With the new regulations in their infancy, the National Housing Federation aims to support our members with this important work.

The BSR will share insights from receiving applications for Building Assessment Certificates and for building control approval. Our aim is that this feedback will be useful for housing associations making applications to the BSR in future.
