Midlands Leaders Forum - March 2025

The Midlands Leaders forum brings together housing association chief executives, directors, chairs and board members from across the East and West Midlands to discuss key issues facing the region.

The Forum is a place to share information, challenges, expertise and best practice on strategic issues, as well as influencing the National Housing Federation’s work.

• Suzanne Gregson, Partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors, will join us to provide an update and discuss the implications of the recent announcements on Awaab’s Law
• Simon Nunn, Executive Director of Member Services, will provide an update on all the latest from the National Housing Federation.
• Deborah Casey, Head of Affordable Housing Growth at Homes England will provide an update on their work.
• Tom Arey will join us from Places for People to talk about their Thrive Academy, based in Derby.
• Jules Robinson will join us from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents to talk about their new falls prevention toolkit.
