Implementing the higher-risk regulatory regime: Insights from the Building Safety Regulator webinar

Nothing is more important to housing associations than the safety of their residents. Those with existing higher-risk buildings, or who plan to build new higher-risk buildings, have been diligently implementing the new regulatory regime for building safety. With the new regulations in their infancy, the National Housing Federation aims to support our members with this important work.

During this webinar, the Building Safety Regulator shared insights from previous applications for Building Assessment Certificates and for building control approval. This feedback is useful to housing associations making future applications.
