Tenant Advisory Panel: Reflections on resident engagement

The Tenant Advisory Panel co-design and support the implementation of Together with Tenants. Now with an expanded role, the panel is a key resource to inform the National Housing Federation’s (NHF) work on consultation.

In this webinar, Tenant Advisory Panel shared their reflections on good resident engagement. This included Tpas associate and TAP member Kai Jackson, who reflected on her recent research. The work, Is there a seat at the table, provided several recommendations to increase inclusivity in resident engagement.
