Better Social Housing Review: Knowing our Homes

05 July 2024

During this webinar, we heard about best practice from housing associations leading the way with this work, as well as updates on the progress of Knowing our Homesour project to review how we improve data collection on the condition of our residents' homes and improve outcomes for residents.

In particular this webinar focused on our new project Make Every Contact Count. We know that many housing associations and partners in the NHS are already using this approach to make the most of existing touchpoints to check on homes and the wellbeing of residents.

This new research, which will be published at our Quality Homes Conference in October, will share this approach in a practical form, making it simple for your teams to learn from it and decide how you might adopt it in your organisation.
